Terms of Service
These Terms set out the terms that apply when customers and operators use Stranded.
- Stranded matches customers with independently operating recovery, tyre and battery providers.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination details.
- Operators are responsible for completing jobs safely, lawfully and within agreed local constraints.
- Payments and refunds are managed through Stranded and operator payouts are processed separately after completion.
- Customers may leave disputes, report safety concerns, or request support through the app at any time.
By using the service you agree to these terms and any policy links from this app.
Stranded is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999. Do not rely on an estimated arrival time as a safety guarantee.
The operating company’s registered name, address, complaint process, governing law, liability provisions and consumer cancellation wording must be inserted and approved by a UK solicitor before launch.
